Your credit card information is never stored by Zeops. All payment transactions are carried out by PayTr, a payment systems license granted by the BRSA. You can always contact us with your questions about payment and security.

If you choose a monthly package, your credit card information is collected for once and your card information is stored under the assurance of PayTR. Your monthly payments are automatically charged to your card. If you prefer annual payment, you can pay by Wire Transfer/EFT. You can contact us at 0850 688 01 05 to subscribe via wire transfer/EFT.

In monthly subscriptions, your invoice is automatically created and sent to you in accordance with the number of your employees. You do not need to take any action. An additional protocol is issued for additional users in annual subscriptions.

You can use Zeops free for 14 days. When your free trial period is over, you will be directed to the payment screen directly when logging into the system. You pay by credit card or bank payment depending on the number of your employees and the module you want to use, and you continue to use Zeops.

Personnel Management Module is the basic package in Zeops. It includes Leave Management, Expense Management, Task Management, Debit Tracking, Daily Reminders, Note Management, Personnel File Management and Personnel Reports. Each of the modules of ORIS (Online Personnel Monitoring System) Distance Education Management, Performance Evaluation, Recruitment Management, Payroll Management, Shift Overtime Management and Performance Evaluation are charged separately.

If your credit card is defined, your subscription will be automatically renewed and the subscription fee will be charged to your credit card. If you have paid by Wire Transfer/EFT, you will be contacted towards the package expiry date.

When you want to cancel your subscription, you can contact your customer representative specially assigned for you. Your customer representative will assist you with cancellation and export data.

After closing your Zeops account, you can request the complete deletion of your data on the servers. In the data deletion process;
• It takes approximately 36 hours for your data to be completely deleted from the system,
• The transaction cannot be undone,
• All data on the server is deleted,
• The request must come from the account owner,
• When you create an account after the transaction, you will not be able to access this data.
